Wild European Dover Sole

Dover Soles (solea vulgaris) are flatfish that range from the Mediterranean to the North Sea and are typically found in shallow waters.  These flatfish have a unique texture that yields thin yet firm fillets that pair well in a variety of preparations. While it has a delicate taste, don’t be afraid to pair it with some strong sauces or spices, those different flavors pair well and lead to an explosion of delight when you bite into the dover sole.

We will ship your order overnight via UPS to arrive on Tuesdays or Thursdays by the end of the day.

Important information you should know about the processing of your order: The prices are per pound for whole round fish.  We weigh up the fish and then process it to the customer’s specifications you must indicate in your order whether you want the fish in fillets with skin on or off.
