Sushi Tuna

Tuna are found in all the oceans of the world, they have a mild and meaty flavor, similar to swordfish.  The meat is bright red in its natural state however, when cooked, takes on a brown to grayish-tan with both a firm and moist texture.

Our wish is that you are always satisfied with our products quality, however, if for any reason beyond our control, you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us as soon as you receive it. We will gladly give you a refund, reship or credit for your next order.

We will ship your order overnight via UPS to arrive on Thursdays or Fridays. We need to have your order in by Tuesday.

Important information you should know about the processing of your order: The prices are per pound for whole round fish.  We weigh up the fish and then process it to the customer’s specifications you must indicate in your order whether you want the fish in fillets, butterflied, steaks or just whole scaled and gutted.
