New Zealand Pink Snapper

New Zealand Pink Snapper is a pink sea bream that forms part of the Sparidae family. Most New Zealand Pink Snappers are caught in the cold waters between New Zealand and Japan, where this fish has obtained significant popularity.  The fish has a mild flavor with a firm yet flakey characteristic.

Important information you should know about the processing of your order: The prices are per pound for whole round fish.  We weigh up the fish and then process it to the customer’s specifications you must indicate in your order whether you want the fish in fillets, butterflied, steaks or just whole scaled and gutted.
