Halibut (One side)

The Halibut (hippoglossus) fish are found in abundance in the northern Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. This is a lean fish with a mild and sweet flavor.  It has a white meat that has a thick and firm texture.  Since Halibut has a subtle and delicate taste, it pairs well with strong seasonings, we love to top it off with some lemon juice and basil.

We will ship your order overnight via UPS to arrive on Thursdays or Fridays. We need to have your order in by Tuesday.

Important information you should know about the processing of your order: The prices are per pound for whole round fish.  We weigh up the fish and then process it to the customer’s specifications you must indicate in your order whether you want the fish in fillets, butterflied, steaks or just whole scaled and gutted.
