Fluke (paralichthys dentatus) also known as

 “summer flounder”, is a marine flatfish that is found in the Atlantic Ocean off the East Coast of the United States and Canada. It is especially abundant in waters from North Carolina to Massachusetts. This fish has a very mild and delicate taste with a sweet undertone and a light texture.

We will ship your order overnight via UPS to arrive on Thursdays or Fridays. We need to have your order in by Tuesday.

Important information you should know about the processing of your order: The prices are per pound for whole round fish.  We weigh up the fish and then process it to the customer’s specifications you must indicate in your order whether you want the fish in fillets, butterflied, steaks or just whole scaled and gutted.
