Dorada

Dorada (sparus aurata) is another fish that forms part of the bream family. Dorada is a mouthwatering fish from the Mediterranean Sea and the eastern coastal regions of the North Atlantic Ocean.  It is a small fish with a rich, succulent, and meaty flavor, that resembles that of red snapper or pompano.
