Branzino

Branzino (dicentrarchus labrax) also referred to as the “European Bass.”  Most of the Branzino Branzinos are caught within Europe’s western and southern Mediterranean Ocean waters and Africa’s northern coast.  The flakey, tender, silver-skinned fish has become fixation for many, including our family.   It has quite a mild taste, however has a small hint of sweet, which makes it all the more tasty.

We will ship your order overnight via UPS to arrive on Thursdays or Fridays. We need to have your order in by Tuesday.
