American Red Snapper

Red Snapper (lutjanus campechanus) is a species of snapper native to the western Atlantic Ocean including the Gulf of Mexico.  It is a lean and moist fish with a firm texture.  In a bite you experience the delicious sweet and nutty flavors hidden within.  It is quite a versatile fish and we encourage you to try out different flavor components from mild to intense seasoning!

Important information you should know about the processing of your order: The prices are per pound for whole round fish.  We weigh up the fish and then process it to the customer’s specifications you must indicate in your order whether you want the fish in fillets, butterflied, steaks or just whole scaled and gutted.
